Our Story
The Dance Costume Vault was born from a simple observation: dance schools and performers invest thousands in costumes that are worn only once or twice, then stored away or discarded. This cycle is expensive, wasteful, and unsustainable.
We envisioned a better way, a curated collection of professional-grade costumes available for rental, making premium performance wear accessible and affordable while reducing environmental impact through costume reuse.
Today, we serve dancers, schools, and crews across the region, providing stage-ready costumes for competitions, recitals, and performances. Our collection continues to grow, to meet the diverse needs of the dance community.

Do you deliver?
At the moment, we offer a collection only service from our Warehouse in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath – Ireland
How long is the rental period?
Our standard hire period is typically 3–7 days, depending on availability and performance schedules. If you require the costumes for a longer period, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible, especially for competition season (September–June).
What happens if something is damaged?
All costumes are checked before and after each hire to ensure they remain in excellent condition. We understand that minor wear such as loose threads or occasional missing embellishments may occur and can usually be repaired in-house. For more significant damage (such as tears, staining, missing components, or damage that prevents the costume from being hired again), repair or replacement costs may be charged. If any issue occurs during your hire period, we simply ask that you inform us when returning the costume so it can be assessed and repaired as quickly as possible.
