Do you deliver?
At the moment, we offer a collection only service from our Warehouse in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath – Ireland
How long is the rental period?
Our standard hire period is typically 3–7 days, depending on availability and performance schedules. If you require the costumes for a longer period, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.
Where are you based?
The Dance Costume Vault is based in the Industrial Dance Complex – Dunshaughlin Business Park, Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath, Ireland.
What happens if something is damaged?
All costumes are checked before and after each hire to ensure they remain in excellent condition. We understand that minor wear such as loose threads or occasional missing embellishments may occur and can usually be repaired in-house. For more significant damage (such as tears, staining, missing components, or damage that prevents the costume from being hired again), repair or replacement costs may be charged. If any issue occurs during your hire period, we simply ask that you inform us when returning the costume so it can be assessed and repaired as quickly as possible.
What happens if a costume is returned late?
Late returns can affect other performers who have booked the same costumes. For this reason, late fees may apply if costumes are not returned by the agreed return date.
